Belonging has always been an essential ingredient of brand building. However as attention spans decline, the use of multiple channels rises, fragmentation grows and the role of the physical store as a point-of-purchase changes dramatically…we ask ourselves how the erosion of belonging-ness impacts the global consumer expectations about shopping. In the age of digital disruption, there are many things to learn, evolve and invent. We will be looking at Retail as an inspiration for business in Travel through human experience transformation, leveraging a multi-shaped trust promise: to belong.
